ROCKING CORNROWS (KAMBUA INSPIRATION)

Hey guys, as you can tell, I’m really a fan of Kambua. From her fashion sense to her hair.

She really loves protective hairstyles like braids and cornrows. So here are some of the designs you can plait your cornrows.

1. Twin lines

This is a common one esp if you don’t have time to braid. You just have two lines. It’s a lazy day look.

I love how she’s done the hair scarf.

2. Twin braid with side parting.

As you can see, it has a side parting and it’s very chunky.

I believe it’s the same look.

3. Chunky lines

These are those thick lines for a lazy look.

Love the color. Number 350.

5. Primary school lines

Who remembers those primary school days where we used to have those lines that wnet all the way to near the neck with no bun.

It reminds me of primary school lines.

6. High bun lines

These are those lines which have a high bun. Making you to do a high bun.

7. Lines with extension

In this Pic, she’s attached an extension to the cornrows.

8. Half bun half braids

This has been a trend this year. Having lines in a bin, while the rest are either braids or also lines running downwards.

9. Mohawk lines

This was also a trend last year. Having lines in a Mohawk.

10. Lines with crochets

Love this. The weave has been crocheted.

11. Thick and thin lines

Love this one too. Love the combination of thick and thin lines.

12. Lines with side sweep

Love this one too.

Hope you now have ideas on what to do with your hair.
